Great to be able to sleep w these, listening to a meditation, and then not waking up w sore ears. If you are the kind of person who uses the smallest earbud inserts for AirPods, then these will probably fit you perfectly. Not sure for those w bigger ear openings.
Also, as others have pointed out, they do have a tendency to slip around but the tiny hook helps for sure. The silicon makes them a bit slippery so you have to be more careful when putting them in & also when placing them in the case, especially in your airplane seat. There’s not much noise cancelling either. But sound is pretty good. However, they are quite amazing otherwise and a total game changer if you like guided meditations. I love that my AirPods are now free to charge at night while I use these super inexpensive and comfy sleep earbuds.
